Ioannoni’s specialty sandwiches are hand-crafted from traditional Italian recipes so that multiple flavors come together just right. However, we understand that first-time customers may be unfamiliar with how Italian specialty sandwiches are prepared and how they are to be eaten. Therefore, we’ve put together a list of pointers.
- Ioannoni’s Italian Roast Pork – Our slow-roasted pork and its succulent gravy is well seasoned. It’s natural flavors can be complemented by sharp provolone cheese, sauteed and seasoned broccoli rabe, and our homemade long hot peppers. Cooked in its own gravy, our roast pork is moist and tender. Therefore, we don’t recommend adding other items to your sandwich (like lettuce, tomato, mustard, etc.)
- Ioannoni’s Italian Roast Beef – Our slow-roasted beef is cooked according to a tried-and-true recipe. It’s natural flavors can be complemented by sharp provolone cheese, sauteed and seasoned broccoli rabe, and our homemade long hot peppers. Cooked in its own gravy, our roast beef is moist and tender. Therefore, we don’t recommend adding other items to your sandwich (like lettuce, tomato, mustard, mayo etc.)
- Ioannoni’s Italian Hoagies – All Ioannoni’s Italian hoagies include provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, salt, pepper, and oregano. Please let us know if you want oil, mayo, pickles, hot peppers, and/or sweet peppers. (All Italian and regular hoagies automatically come with oil unless specified.) Our meats are sliced daily for the freshest taste and quality.
